Xiuzi Ye
Founder, Chairman and CEO
Dr. Ye brings to the company over 20 years of CAD commercial software development and academic research experiences; as well as many years’ software global outsourcing experiences. He has industry's first class software development experiences in the areas of CAD, geometric modeling, reverse engineering, 3D graphics, and image processing. He joined SolidWorks Corporation in 1995 – before its first product release. As a Principal Scientist with SolidWorks, Dr. Ye had witnessed the success of SolidWorks Corporation in all aspects of its business and products.
In his role as Chairman and CEO, Dr. Ye will steer the company toward continued technology and market leadership and profitability, to ensure our customers’ satisfactions, and to ensure that the company delivers quality software to satisfy our customers’ needs.
Dr. Ye is also active and well known in the academic community. He's a Cheung Kong Chair Professor with Zhejiang University, China. He sits currently on the Editorial Board of Computer-Aided Design. He has been awarded many research projects from governmental and industrial sources, and has published over 100 quality research papers. Dr. Ye obtained his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics (CAD&CG) from Zhejiang University, China. He received his Ph.D. in Engineering from Technical University of Berlin, Germany. He was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Design Laboratory, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA.

Wei Peng
Chief Operation Officer
Dr. Peng brings rich business management and product development experiences to the company, especially for software products in the areas of CAD customization software, image and 3D graphics applications; and manufacturing and outsourcing related online internet software. In his role as COO, Dr. Peng will oversee the company's daily operation in sales and business development; and steer the company’s product business lines. He received his Ph.D., M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Aerospace and Aeronautical Engineering, all from Northwestern Polytechnical University, China. He was a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Computer Science with Prof. Xiuzi Ye at Zhejiang University, China.

Zhiyang Chen
Vice President of Research and Development
Dr. Chen brings rich project outsourcing management experiences to the company. He has deep technology know-hows in the areas of geometric modeling, reverse engineering, B-rep solid modeling, CAD integration and data conversion, and CAD customization developments. In his role as R&D VP, Dr. Chen is in charge of the company’s R&D resource and delivery. He is responsible for research and development, quality assurance and testing, and delivery management for the company's CAD outsourcing projects. He received his Ph.D., in Mechanical Engineering from Zhejiang University, China; his M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Automobile Engineering from Hunan University, China. He was a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Computer Science with Prof. Xiuzi Ye at Zhejiang University, China.

Qian Chen
Vice President of Administration and Finance
Ms. Chen brings more than ten years’ experiences to the company in the areas of administration, finance and human resources. She is in charge of the company's administration and human resources; and responsible for the company's accounting, finance, investment, and taxation affairs. Ms. Chen received her B.Sc. in Administration(??) from Hangzhou University (now part of Zhejiang University), China.

Jianhua Wu
Technical Director
Dr. Wu brings to the company profound R&D knowledge in the areas of geometry modeling, 3D graphics, multimedia processing, and mobile computing. In his role as Technical Director, Dr. Wu is in charge of in-depth technology research, software development, and delivery management for the company’s outsourcing projects in the areas of geometric modeling, 3D graphics, GPU and mulit-core based CAD applications, CAD data conversion, multimedia processing, and mobile computing. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Aachen University of Technology, Germany, and M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Computer Science from Tsinghua University, China. He has published many research papers and received the “Best Student Paper Award” at EUROGRAPHICS '2004 Conference.
