Our car license plate recognition system in intelligent traffic applications: car license plate images can be processed and those alpha-numeric numbers and characters can be recognized automatically. Our system can recognize both Chinese and US car license plate images.

Skin image decomposition.

Our skin image processing technique can automatically decompose the skin image (left) into melanin components (middle) and hemoglobin components (right) in a fast way without any help of hardware. This non-invasive skin processing technique can be used in areas like clinical analysis, pharmacology and cosmetic science.
