QA & Tech Support

In addition to internal testing (i.e. testing those projects that contracted to us), we have specialized QA teams doing testing services for our clients for their specific product lines (e.g., for SolidWorks online products).

We are also hosting SolidWorks Greater China Technical Support & Customer Center. We are capable of providing services to SolidWorks customers in Asia-Pacific regions in Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese Chinese, Korean, and Japanese.

We have been translating & publishing the complete set of SolidWorks training manuals (including modeling, assembly, PDM, simulation, and online products) in Simplified Chinese since 2005; and we have been helping SolidWorks in reviewing market material translations in Simplified Chinese as well.
